2004-11-08 [Malidar]: I'm not saying the work isn't done well. I'm only saying that I don't see why a banner for adoption would have someone smokin'. I actually like art. I just don't think it's a proper entry. The contest has been up for ages? First time I read about it was last week.

I advertised it several times as well, can't tell every single member seperately: everyone here is able to read as far as I know. Anyway, the banner with the most votes will be chosen unless you have a better one and until now that one with the smoking does not have the most vote so your comment is kind off irrelevant in that sense..

2004-11-08 [Malidar]: My comment is not. Smoking has absolutely nothing to do with adoption. Whether or not it's chosen doesn't matter now. It shouldn't have been entered. Of course this isn't my page, so it really doesn't change things if I'm right or not.

2004-11-08 [Sunrose]: it depends all on what you consider to be a pet. however, I got sick of the whole thing. It's been advertised for a very long period of time, wether you have seen it or not: I can't make sure every member sees it.

It was well drawn ^-^ Its time we just disregard this and see how the polls turn out? Maybe, and its only a sugestion, in a few months, or whatever, there could be another contest for a second choice of banner.

2004-12-13 [Sunrose]: (damn pc: typing second time) That list isn't there anymore. Now you can see on the petpages what pet is owned by who. As owner you would have to look at all the pages to see what pets you own :P

2004-12-13 [Sunrose]: Uhm well this way actually works better: it was hell updating the ownerlist and it was also very badly kept: the page didn't state very well which side were the pets and which side were the owners which caused the sides to be mixed up at times by the several agency-owners. I had to sort all that out. This system is easier to keep clean and people can see which pet hasn't been adopted yet. You could say I could've started this system AND keep the old one, but I have a lot of work to do and can't keep 4 pages updated at once. I get an average of 1 request a day and I don't know if you have seen my house, but I'm a busy girl ;)
